Baby Girl "G": 1 Year Old | Maryland Baby Photographer

Today I had one last Baby Club session with "G". It makes me sad when I know I don't get to see them on a regular basis anymore! She's so grown up now, walking around on her own & saying a few words! And, mom & dad are training for a race right now and looked great! Super skinny and in shape! In spite of the foggy, extremely humid weather we had a great time!
Thanks for allowing me to be apart of G's first year!

Baby Girl "S": 6 months old | Maryland Baby Photographer

This morning I once again got to visit little miss "S" who is already 6 months old! Last time I saw her she was just 10 days old, they grow so fast! She is more adorable than ever and such a happy little girl! We had a lot of fun singing and playing peek-a-boo. I love her chunky rolls, big blue eyes & thick brown hair! You will too, enjoy!

Wayyyy back in May I shot a wedding with the uber-talented Angela Stott in downtown D.C. & I'm just now getting around to blogging it! It was a beautiful day, clear blue skies and cool breezes (or maybe winds is a more accurate term!) We had the best view both from across the river into D.C. from the Hotel Palomar and on the balcony of the Kennedy Center overlooking the monuments. All of this, along with a beautiful wedding party to go along with it made for a picture perfect day!

The "G" Family | Northern Virginia Family Photographer

Yesterday, on a STEAMY August morning I got to see this sweet family once again! Last year I met them when I photographed the newest addition. I was excited to get to come back again this year and see how everyone had grown! "T" is almost 4 and "Z" is 18 months and they gave me a run for my money! After waiting for 20 minutes for my camera to defog from the humidity we FINALLY got started and played around in their gorgeous backyard!

Phil & Jessica: Engagement Session

This week, after rescheduling 3 times because of rain & then extreme heat we FINALLY met up to do Phil & Jessica's engagement session! Although it was still pretty hot and overcast we had some beautiful skies and breezes that helped us make it through the night. Phil and Jessica are getting married way out west in the country, which I am very excited about, so they wanted to do their session in the city and chose to do them in and around the monuments! So, we walked the around the Tidal Basin and then headed over to the Jefferson (which is my favorite monument)! They are a really fun, laid back couple and I'm excited to show you what we came up with!
