The happiest girl in the pumpkin patch!

I got to meet up with "V", one of my baby club babies yesterday at Burke Nursery.  It's always so much fun to shoot her, she is so laid back and happy and I just can't get enough of those big eyes and long lashes!  I'm jealous!  Hopefully my next baby girl will be blessed with the long, thick eyelashes :-)

6 month pictures for Baby Lochlan!

You may remember this little guy from back in May:


Lochlan is already 6 months old and looks closer to 10 months old! He is such a cutie! These big blue eyes will win you over in no time! Enjoy...

Out of the office...

I just wanted to let you all know that I will be out of town starting Tuesday afternoon, Oct. 21st - the following Monday, Oct. 27th.  I'll be in Chicago for my college reunion at Olivet Nazarene University just south of Chicago.  I'm so excited to see people I haven't seen since I left and to spend some quality time with my girls, who I am so blessed to get to see at least once a year!  So, I'll have many pictures to share when I get back.

I will occasionally check email so feel free to email me if you need anything.  Otherwise, I'll be returning all calls and emails when I get back on Tuesday.

In the meantime I wanted to share some photos of my "baby" Haley.  Since her first fall we've taken her to Burke Nursery to their wonderful Halloween Park and every year I take pictures of her sitting in the pumpkins.  I've been getting sentimental because there's hardly any baby left in her and she's so HUGE compared to the pumpkins now!  I hope you're all enjoying the fall activities!

Sweet baby girl "A"!

Friday, amidst threatening rain clouds, i visited River Farm again to photograph this sweet one year old. She just started walking the a few days prior so the farm was a tricky place to maneuver for her but we pushed on and she got pretty confident towards the end!  Then we headed back to her house to get a few more of her playing with her favorite toys.
I'd also like to give a little shout out to her Dad who is currently serving overseas and I'm sure he is missing his little girl to death! So, this is dedicated to you, dad! Thanks for your sacrificing so much for us! We will pray the you return safe and sound to your precious family soon! And to all of my blog readers, feel free to give him a little blog love with a few comments!

Sweet Baby Boy "B"

Yesterday I met one of the sweetest baby boys in Old Town Alexandria with his parents (who are also gorgeous)! We started out at their house in Alexandria where he played coy with me for awhile and I got some of the cutest shots! Then, we walked around Old Town trying to trick him into looking at me. At this age they are very interested in grass, leaves, the ground, basically anything but me! Luckily, we brought along Bleeker, the family dog, who provided a great focal point! So, enjoy adorable baby "B"!


For the next two I couldn't make up my mind between color and black and white so you get to see both!
