Our family pictures....

I was on the other side of camera this past weekend attempting to get our family's Christmas card pictures taken. My good friend Sally Brewer (www.SallyBrewer.com) took time out of her busy schedule to do a little trade and do our family pictures, I was able to do hers a couple of weeks ago on an equally cold day. Now, as a photographer it can be hard to do pictures with small kids but I have to say, I think it's even harder to be the parent of the kid in the pictures! It is nearly impossible to smile while trying to keep your kid in one place long enough to fit the whole family in the frame, especially a one year old! So, most of our pictures are of us tickling her in order to incapacitate her or us chasing her down. We're not in a very cooperative stage right now and Sally did a wonderful job of capturing us in our current life stage!
Please leave me a comment as to which is your favorite! I still have to decide which one to use for our Christmas card!

Brandon and I really like the black and white one of the three of you sitting and Haley is on Phil's lap. Our second fave is the one of you sitting on that beam and haley is across your laps.

You picked some of my faves....but I have a hard time narrowing them down from that. Good luck! :)

My very favorite is Haley on Phil's shoulders looking into the window, but that doesn't make for a very good "family" picture since 1/3 of the fam isn't in it!! So...I also like the same one Brandon and Kristen liked (b & w on Phil's lap), the one of you standing by doors 111 and 109, but you can't see Haley very well and, honestly speaking, she IS the star of this show! And, I like, the first one with the really tall door and the street scene with the lampposts, except that's not as great of the "star!" I can see how this can be tough to pick just one. I'll order lots of them!!!

black and white on the steps (haley in phil's lap) or her in your lap upside down. They are all great, but those are my Christmas card choices. see you in a few days!
